My name is Glenn Spillman, and I am the CEO of Cellar 13 Films. I am a Cherokee and Choctaw Native American. I started out as an Actor at 8 years old, and have blossomed into what I am today. I have been writing since I was in high school, and have published 3 books, and have completed 20 scripts. I had my director debut in 2015, and have never looked back.

Carl O'Leary is an Actor, Writer and Social Media creator.
Quentin Harris wears a couple of different hats with us. He a most awesome editor with great attention to detail, and will complete your vision. He also steps in as DP, and when he needs too, he will help out as any crew position that I need him for. He is also an aspiring Actor.
Sassy Parks is a very talented person that dives into the creative process of productuion. She is great at set design, bringing concept to reality. She is also an awesome content creator and has a vast following on social media. She is also an Actor.
Blaine Santos is our go to Sound guy. He brings imagination and knowledge to the set. He like to think outside the box, and always brings his A=game to set every day.
We use Alan Carnes for our SFX needs! This is my daughter Paris holding the life like head that Alan made for one of our productions. Alan recently bought a 38 acre mountain ranch in Ito California. That's where his SFX shop is, and he is in the process of turning part of that ranch into a Film ranch. Alan was on 4 episodes of Face Off on SIFI in 2015. Bunny Stewart is our go to HMUA! She is an absolute dream to work with. She takes your vision, adds some of her own spice to it, then makes your dream a reality. She has been on the Sacramento film scene for many years, and has been a part of many different films. Not only is she a great HMUA, but she is also a very talented Actress.
